Paul H. Flowers Jr. is an insurance and employee-benefits strategist, speaker and author. He founded Superior Insurance Advisors, where his work focuses on employer health-plan strategy, pharmacy benefit review, vendor transparency and documented decision-making.

He also serves as Executive Director of Life Health & Legal Education Partners, supporting plain-language education for workers, families and community organizations.

From Gary, by way of Chicago

Paul introduces The Renewal as himself, from Gary, Indiana. After recovering from storms and losing the initial documentary footage, he rebuilt the production using his own recorded introduction, AI-assisted presentation and visuals, and excerpts from partner films.

The result is an invitation to executives and everyone affected by a health plan: examine the experience behind the renewal, listen to the people living it, and ask what a better decision could look like.
